Maya provides individual counselling sessions for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, lack of meaning, grief, dealing with life changes, parenting concerns, family difficulties, relationship issues, addictions, legacy of trauma (including early childhood abuse), and death-related concerns.

Central to Maya's therapeutic work is working to understand the client's experiences, feelings, thoughts, and sensations, and the meaning they make of them.
